I write fiction that lives in the spaces between lamplight and shadow—dark academia, gothic undertones, characters who burn too bright and love too deeply.
This log exists as a record of that work: the slow accumulation of words, the milestones reached, the chapters wrestled into existence. It is not a performance but a practice—a way of holding myself accountable to the page.
I work anonymously, at least for now. Not out of mystery for its own sake, but because the work should speak first. The author follows later, if at all.
On the Aesthetic
The visual language here is intentional: dark backgrounds, warm gold accents, serif typography that echoes old books and candlelit libraries. I wanted a space that felt like the stories I write—intimate, slightly dangerous, unapologetically romantic in the classical sense.
Think leather-bound journals. Think ink stains on fingers. Think the particular quality of light in a room full of books at midnight.
What to Expect
Updates on writing progress, occasional excerpts when the words allow it, and aesthetic posts that capture the mood of the work—cover concepts, quotes, the visual ephemera of creation.
I don't post on a strict schedule. Writing is not a content machine. But when there is something worth sharing, it appears here first.
